Wonder Terms of Service
Effective and last updated: 17 October 2026
These Terms govern your use of Wonder, including accounts, synchronised chats, AI features and limited guest access. Please read them carefully.
1. About Wonder
Wonder is an artificial-intelligence chat product provided under the Infinity brand by KOVO LIMITED, a company registered in New Zealand ("Infinity", "we", "our" or "us"). These Terms govern your access to and use of Wonder, its website, applications, features and related services.
Wonder is a production service with optional accounts. Signed-in users can synchronise supported chats, preferences and related information across devices, while limited guest use may remain stored locally on the device.
2. Agreement and eligibility
By using Wonder, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Wonder. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and must meet any minimum-age requirements that apply where you live. A parent or legal guardian must agree on behalf of anyone who cannot legally agree for themselves.
3. Acceptable use
We give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use Wonder for its intended purposes and in accordance with applicable law.
- Do not break the law, infringe rights, harass, exploit, threaten or seriously harm another person.
- Do not distribute malware, conduct fraud, interfere with Wonder, bypass safeguards or access systems or data without permission.
- Do not scrape, automate access or reverse engineer Wonder except where we expressly permit it or applicable law gives you a right that cannot be restricted.
- Do not falsely claim endorsement, affiliation or authority from Wonder, Infinity or KOVO LIMITED.
4. Your content and local data
You retain ownership of prompts, messages, files and other material you provide. You are responsible for that material and for having the rights needed to use it.
Where guest content remains only in your browser or device storage, you control that local copy. Clearing browser data, changing devices, reinstalling software or using private browsing may permanently remove it. Signed-in content may be synchronised to your Wonder account where the feature supports it.
If a feature requires information to be processed by Infinity or a service provider, you permit the limited processing necessary to provide, secure and support that feature. This does not transfer ownership of your content to us.
5. Artificial intelligence
Wonder may generate responses using artificial-intelligence systems. Output can be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased or inappropriate. You must evaluate output before relying on it and remain responsible for decisions or actions you take.
Wonder is not a substitute for qualified medical, legal, financial or other professional advice. Do not rely on it for emergencies or high-stakes decisions without appropriate professional review.
6. Models, integrations and third parties
Wonder may link to or work with third-party AI models, integrations, websites or services. If you choose to use one, information needed for your request may be sent to that provider under its terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for a third-party service merely because Wonder links to or integrates with it.
7. Service limitations
Wonder may contain bugs, change over time, experience interruptions or discontinue individual features. Do not use Wonder as the sole repository for critical, regulated or irreplaceable information. Keep your own copies of anything important.
8. Intellectual property
Except for your content and third-party material, Infinity and its licensors own Wonder and its associated intellectual property, including its software, interface, designs, names, logos, animations and documentation. These Terms do not transfer those rights to you.
Publicly available brand assets remain subject to applicable brand guidelines. You may not use Wonder or Infinity branding in a way that falsely suggests sponsorship, endorsement, partnership or affiliation.
9. Feedback
If you voluntarily provide feedback, suggestions or ideas, you permit us to use them without restriction or compensation. This does not give us ownership of unrelated content or intellectual property you provide.
10. Changes and availability
We may add, change, redesign, limit or remove features and may suspend or discontinue Wonder. We do not promise uninterrupted, secure or error-free availability. Where reasonably required, we will give notice of changes that materially affect legal rights or paid services introduced in the future.
11. Restriction and termination
You may stop using Wonder at any time. We may restrict or terminate access if we reasonably believe you materially or repeatedly violate these Terms, create a security or safety risk, cause material harm, or if action is required by law. Serious circumstances may require immediate action.
12. Privacy and security
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the service, but no software, device or online system can be guaranteed completely secure. You are responsible for protecting access to your device and any locally stored Wonder data.
13. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wonder is provided on an "as available" and experimental basis. We do not guarantee that it will always be available, error-free, accurate, complete, secure or suitable for your particular purpose.
Nothing in these Terms excludes guarantees, warranties, rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Infinity and KOVO LIMITED will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from Wonder where that liability may lawfully be excluded. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful or restricts non-excludable consumer rights.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as Wonder evolves. Material changes will be communicated through Wonder, the website or another reasonable channel where appropriate. The date above identifies the current version. Continued use after updated Terms take effect means the updated Terms apply, subject to applicable law.
16. Governing law and general terms
These Terms are governed by New Zealand law. You and Infinity submit to the jurisdiction of New Zealand courts, subject to rights under applicable consumer law to bring a claim elsewhere.
If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. A delay in enforcement is not a waiver. These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the agreement concerning Wonder unless additional terms are expressly provided.
17. Contact
Questions about these Terms may be directed to Infinity through byinfinity.app or hello@byinfinity.app. Legal enquiries should identify Wonder and include enough detail for us to understand the request.
